You can expect a helpful conversation where I will listen, ask you questions, and we will explore ideas and solutions together. I will not pretend to be perfect or have all the answers. This is a process that requires work from both of us.

While being open and honest can be difficult and it is normal to feel some anxiety or hesitance prior to a session, we will work at a pace that fits for you and I will encourage you to be gentle with yourself before and after sessions.
